Background
Andy started his career with Brocklehursts as Manager of Wolverhampton Office in 1989 before being promoted to Associate Director and moving to Birmingham Office, given responsibility for the West Midlands Offices.
He handled mixed portfolio of domestic and commercial work including major loss. In 1995 Andy had a promotion to Area Director (and then again in 1997 to Director of Crawford’s. Andy joined the Property and Casualty Services in 1999 with Independent Insurance Company, which was purchased by Royal Sun Alliance. Prior to the purchase Andy had significant role in marketing and business development of the Major Loss Unit. He then became the technical expert for the in-house specialist and large claims adjusting unit.
